This headquarters building provides advanced quality storage and distribution facilities with extensive fully air conditioned open plan offices and meeting rooms together with bacteriologically contained clean room and laboratory facilities. The building also provides excellent staff facilities which includes comfortable breakout areas, a gymnasium with changing and shower facilities and sound proofed games room.  The building envelope is attractively clad in a rounded profile metallic finished cladding system with a flat panel rainscreen cladding system to offices areas. The building has achieved an A rated energy performance certificate thanks to a highly efficient external building envelope designed with minimal cold bridging and air infiltration, movement controlled LED lighting throughout and PV panels on the roof.
