The site forms part of an area of former commercial gravel extraction with the Business Park land being the site of a former concrete batching plant.  The buildings are designed in a contemporary style with factory finished metal cladding systems and aluminium glazing to produce a high quality business like environment. A consistent theme of gently curving roofs has been adopted to maintain the aesthetic established by the existing consented scheme and to provide a particular identity for this development.
