DMA architects secured planning permission for a single terrace of 9 starter units for Grovemere Property in 2014. The scheme obtained funding from the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership (LEP) through the Growing Places Fund. The buildings are designed in a contemporary style. Tried and tested external cladding materials have been selected as a matter of maintaining a consistent and high quality construction across the Business Park which has proved successful and attractive for existing occupiers.  The development was successfully completed in February 2016 and achieved a BREEAM 'Good' rating.
